Outfit Of The Day - Villagers

Wool Denim Jacket - Gap (thrifted)
Grey Sweater - Primark
Textured Skirt - Primark
Bag - Zara
Studded Boots - Topshop
I don't know what possessed me to wear a tiny skirt in such cold weather, still attempting to warm up with multiple blankets/hot water bottles. Today I wore the jacket that I bought at a charity shop a couple of days back, so glad I got it now! Had a productive day, made a pact with myself this week to actually stop procrastinating (I'm literally the queen of this), so far so good although I'm only on day 3 of the said pact. Going out for dinner with a lovely friend tomorrow evening which should be good, nothing like a catch up!

I actually love this biscuit tin from Christmas, so I took a picture of it. No I don't have a life xoxoxoxoxo

Outfit Of The Day - Gated

Pink Shirt - Topshop
Lace Top - Shanti
Black Jeans - Primark
Black Bag - New Look
Studded Loafers - Topshop
Just a quick outfit whilst we were charity shopping/grabbing coffee earlier. This is a really cute spot on our highstreet, so made the most of the photo opportunity!

Hey Macklemore

After lessons today me, Shanti and Emma went for a quick coffee/life chat. I had an amaretto steamer which was amazing, can't believe I've wasted my life opting for far less satisfying option eg the standard cappucino. We then had a look around the charity shops as our nearest town literally has 6, and it's not unknown to find the occasional gem. It was v successful! I picked up a denim jacket originally from Gap which has a fleece lining, have been wanting a jacket like this for sooo long. A bag also caught my eye, and although it was a very naughty purchase i.e. I probably don't need it, I'm pleased I ended up buying it. It's a brown small satchel, and will go with pretty much everything I wear.

I've had a ridiculously busy couple of weeks, and was supposed to be going out last night for cocktails, but made a tactical decision to stay in and revive myself. So there I was, splayed over the sofa flicking through Sky recordings before I stumbled across 'Catfish'. It's a documentary I'd heard some coverage on, so I decided to watch the first part before getting an early night.

I'd like to point out now that I ended up watching it to the end.

It's a documentary film which follows a guy called "Nev", who starts to talk to people online who he hasn't met in real life. The film follows as he falls for a girl named "Megan", talking to her for hours at a time despite the fact that Nev has never met her. All he has to go on is her Facebook profile, her family on Facebook (who Nev also speaks to regularly) and the occasional faint phone call. As the movie unfolds Nev looks to discover more about this person of whom he's spent 9 months forming a bond with. I seriously recommend giving it a watch as it really makes you think about today's internet culture.
It just made me realise how vulnerable you can be online, how some people are ridiculously good liars and how lucky I am to have my family. The end is pretty sad, there are always motives behind actions.
However, the only thing I didn't like about Catfish were the scenes in which Nev was half dressed as I was trying to eat whilst watching it and his inhuman amount of body hair nearly made me vom. Don't say I didn't warn you xoxoxoxoxoxoxox

Outfit Of The Night - Feb De La 14

Leather Jacket - F&F
Fur Gillet - Primark
Sheer Top - Republic
Lace Shorts - H&M
Heeled Chelsea Boots - New Look
Bag - New Look
What I wore last night in Bristol! We went to Thekla which was sooo good but I literally am dying today. So glad that I was picked up this morning rather than driving home, don't think I would have made it to be honest. Shan had to borrow my ID because she's young, highly risky in itself, let alone the fact that I ended up going in about 2 minutes after she did. The guy defs knew something was up but we're stealthy so all was well. We also met 'Big Jeff' who is a Bristol celebrity; he's this guy that goes to basically every single gig around Briz and the bands always know who he is and give him shout outs. He also has an arm full of festival bands which must have taken ageeeees to acquire. Me and shan got a pic lololol

I have loads of school work and jobs that need to be done. So I decide to sort the whole of my room out and move all of my furniture around due to being a general boob/procrastination queen. Found vouchers I'd forgotten about/money which is always a huge bonus! I swear that I have thrown out enough school work sheets to make up half of the amazon; totally blaming my teachers for deforestation/general planet killing. This is the thing with me, I'm great at doing things that I'm not supposed to be doing.

My Unproductive Train Day

It feels like I spent all day waiting for/catching trains. After getting food, listening to music, getting coffee, getting more food I was tired, fed up and ready to return to briz

Outfit Of The Night - Floral Lace

Lace Bodycon - Select
Floral skirt - Shanti
Black heels - New Look
Tonight wasn't that great but here's what I wore. Whacked my fur coat on top just for warmth purposes! I was shattered from last night, the music was rubbish, the people were rude and the barman made me cocktails which were vile. On the other hand I'm going out on thurs with lots of people in Bristol which I know will be alot better :)
"This is awful but let's make the best of it"

Zara Addiction

I think I'm slightly addicted to Zara at the moment. I'm trying to avoid going there too much as I always get tempted! Picked up this bag in the sale for only £20, it's a structured black satchel which will go with everything. In looovvveeee

The Hangover Jumper

Borrowed/poached this lovely grey textured jumper from Rhi's wardrobe. I've convinced her to let me take it back home for a little borrow, love her! It's from GAP's men section and is ridiculously warm/cosy which is exactly what I needed today due to feeling v delicate after last night.

Rhi's Birthday/Jester Antics

So basically I travelled up to Southampton for my sister's (her name is Rhi but I often call her Roy) 20th birthday celebrations. After writing, if I do say so myself, an amazing birthday rap on the train and presenting her with a bunny onesie (it has a carrot zip aaaah) we had a lovely day wandering around the shops before a cheeky feast in Harry Ramsdens. We then popped into the uni to grab a coffee/plank on the AMAZING super size bean bags, which have greatly been taken into consideration for when I choose my university. That and the boy to girl ratio. Saw a live performance of a part of the bible which was actually ridiculously good (wasn't hyped about the prospect tbh but was pleasantly surprised), and met a few of Rhi's future housemates for when she moves out of halls who were all lovely. :)

The evening consisted of rushing to get ready for Jesters (Europe's worst nightclub). It's an underground rave cave with a slightly pervy DJ (who has the surname Butter lol), and the bar staff wear wellies due to the unkown substances gracing the floor; but I love it. The best part about the place is the signature "Jesticle" pint cocktail, consisting of at least 5 shots and horrifically bright fruit juice. It only takes one. After the last song we piled/stumbled into a taxi and got back to Rhi's halls; where I did the very noble sisterly act of holding her hair back whilst she vommed. lololol This is greatly amusing due to the fact that Rhi has not been drunk ONCE at uni and the last time I came to visit she was drinking just innocent smoothie in pres, not acceptable. She's feeling delicate but I'm dragging her out tonight for the "Cirque" night at Cafe Parfait, will be a good one. It's likely that I'll post tonight's outfit picture at some point; I couldn't take one of my outfit last night due to being involved in brutal pre drinks in which the uni students took great fun in exploiting in my lack of drinking game knowledge.

The Clock Notebook/Travelling

I bought my lovely arty friend Emma a notebook for christmas with this really cool vintage clock design on the cover. We were in the library (so wild) having one of our ritual life chats when she whipped it out, so I snapped a photo. Would love to get a clock necklace, Shanti has got a cute one from Camden which I tried to poach once but she stole it back. A few of my friendlies went to Berlin today for a history trip, which I'm secretly quite jealous about, although I'm convinced the real reason they're going is to get crunk rather than for educational purposes. It's reminded me how urgently I need to plan my gap year travels, currently the only destination on my wish list is Ibiza; clearly the capital of culture. I've always wanted to go to Australia, South America, Spain (again), Italy, China, New Zealand, Africa... Okay I think I need to narrow this down.

Outfit Of The Day - I Love Faux

Faux Fur Coat - Thrifted
Blue Jeans - Zara
Studded Boots - Topshop
Velvet top - Thrifted
It was flipping freeeezing today, so the faux fur had to come out! This second hand coat is ridiculously warm and the colour goes with so many things. And I feel like I'm in 'Made In Chelsea' (the main reason I like it so much). Wearing my blue skinny jeans which are extremely old from Zara, and my Topshop studded boots once again. Have had a ridiculously busy week working and catching up with school work before I go up to Southampton to stay with my sister at uni. Literally so excited to feed her flatmates vodka out of a teapot again, and to go to Europe's worst night club. It's called Jesters, and is literally one of the best places on earth. And me and the DJ are tight.

Outfit Of The Day - My nails are naked

Top - Zara
Fur Gillet - Apricot
Denim Jacket - Thrifted
Black Jeans - Primark
Suede Loafers - Primark
Bag - Newlook
Scarf - Present from Jack :)
Quickly grabbed coffee after my Psychology lesson today. We've started a new topic on relationships and the reasons we find certain features attractive; so interesting! I'm wearing a few layers just because the temperature is so unpredictable at the moment, and my new loafer style shoes from Primark I bought on the weekend. They're ridiculously comfortable and go with pretty much everything. Particularly making the most of wearing fur pieces while it's still cold, they are an easy way to add warmth whilst still adding some texture. This was taken just before I went to a Spinning exercise class, aka weekly torture on a bike. I NOW CAN'T MOVE
